End User License Agreement

Welcome to Light Table, the Photographers Light Table application (the "App"). The App is developed and operated by William Termini (ABN 47 283 458 067) ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your access to and use of the App, so please read it carefully.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to this EULA, you should not access or use the App.

Data Collection and Privacy We prioritize your privacy. The sole data collection method employed by the App involves Google AdMob, utilized for displaying advertisements within the App.

Google AdMob collects and processes data according to their privacy policy, which you can review at the following link: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

In addition to Google AdMob's privacy policy, our privacy policy also applies to your use of the App. Please review our privacy policy at the following link: https://lighttable.termini.me/privacy

By using the App, you agree to the data collection and processing practices described in both Google's privacy policy and our privacy policy. Specifically, Google AdMob collects the following data:

  • IP address: The device's IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of a device.
  • User product interactions: User product interactions and interaction information, including app launch, taps, and video views.
  • Diagnostic information: Information related to the performance of your app and the SDK, including crash logs, app launch time, hang rate, and energy usage.
  • Device and account identifiers: Advertising IDs (e.g., IDFA, AAID), app set ID, and, if applicable, other identifiers related to signed-in accounts on the device.

On Apple devices, you will see the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before the Apple advertising ID (IDFA) is used for personalized ads. You can decline tracking and continue using the App; ads may then be non-personalized.

If you do not agree with these practices, use the available ad/privacy controls to limit data collection or do not use the App.

Regional Privacy Rights (GDPR and US State Laws) If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we process the data collected by Google AdMob based on your consent for personalized ads and our legitimate interests for operating and improving the App. You can withdraw consent or request non-personalized ads through app or device settings, and you may exercise your GDPR rights (access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent) by contacting lighttable@termini.me. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

If you are a resident of California or other US states with privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah), you may have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information for monetary value, but we may share advertising identifiers with Google AdMob for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can exercise these rights by using available app or device settings to limit personalized ads or by contacting us at lighttable@termini.me.

In-App Purchases The App offers a "Premium" in-app purchase that unlocks additional features. Prices and features for the Premium purchase are displayed within the App at the time of purchase. All in-app purchases are processed through the respective app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms and conditions.

Liability and Disclaimers We are not liable for any damages, losses, or harm caused to your device while using the App. You acknowledge and agree that you use the App at your own risk, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Changes to the EULA We reserve the right to update or modify this EULA at any time, at our sole discretion. If we make changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the beginning of this EULA. Your continued use of the App following any changes to the EULA constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country or state where the Developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of this EULA will remain in effect. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between us regarding our App and supersedes and replaces any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the App.
