Added Remote Control and Local Network Use section (optional local server, device name announcement, searching for other light tables, direct device-to-device transfer, unencrypted local traffic, nothing sent to us).
Clarified that settings and saved scenes are stored only on your device and that exports go where you choose.
Clarified that ad-related data collection is performed by Google AdMob and that identifiers may be personal information under GDPR/CCPA.
Named the data controller, and added data retention, international transfer, and UK GDPR coverage.
Changed the contact email to appstore@termini.me.
Added the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Added a Children's Privacy section (the App is not directed to under-16s).
Made clear that this policy is notice rather than consent, and that advertising consent is asked for separately through Google's consent form.

Added US state privacy detail: non-discrimination for exercising a right, authorized agents, and how to opt out in the App.

The App no longer has its own end user license agreement; Apple's standard Licensed Application EULA applies instead.
